    • Progress tracking will be based on the completion data recorded in Learnzy’s learning management system.

  2. Implementation of Strategies:

    • The customer must demonstrate that they have actively implemented the strategies and methods taught in the course. Examples of proof include:

      • Screenshots of optimized dating profiles (before and after applying course strategies).

      • Evidence of chat or communication attempts made using the course techniques.

  3. Failure to Achieve Results:

    • The customer must provide evidence that, despite implementing the course strategies, they were unable to generate meaningful matches or connections on dating platforms.

  4. Submission of the Refund Request Form:

    • Customers must complete a detailed refund request form, which will require the following:

      • Personal details (name, email, course enrollment date, etc.).

      • Proof of course completion (screenshot of progress tracker showing 80% or more completion).

      • A description of the specific strategies implemented.

      • Supporting evidence (screenshots, links, etc.).

      • A written explanation of why the course did not meet their expectations.

2. Refund Request Process

  1. Timeframe:

    • All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of course enrollment.

    • Refund requests made after the 15-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

  2. Form Submission:

    • Customers must submit the completed refund request form, along with all required evidence, via the official Learnzy refund portal or email address: help@learnzy.co

  3. Review Period:

    • Once the refund request is received, our team will review the submission within 7-10 business days.

    • Incomplete submissions or missing evidence will delay the review process and may result in rejection.

  4. Decision Notification:

    • Customers will be notified of the decision (approval or rejection) via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the notification.

3. Conditions for Refund Approval

Refunds will be issued only if the following conditions are met:

  • The customer has genuinely completed 80% or more of the course.

  • The customer has provided verifiable proof of implementing the strategies taught.

  • The customer has demonstrated a genuine attempt to achieve results but failed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The customer fails to complete at least 80% of the course.

  • The customer does not provide sufficient proof of strategy implementation.

  • The refund request is submitted after the 15-day guarantee period.

  • The customer was able to generate matches but is dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to the course content.

  • The request is fraudulent or lacks genuine effort in implementing course teachings.

5. Additional Notes

  • Partial Refunds: Learnzy does not offer partial refunds under this guarantee. Customers must meet all requirements to receive the full refund.

  • Support During the Process: If customers face challenges in implementing strategies, they are encouraged to reach out to Learnzy’s support team for guidance before requesting a refund.

  • Course Updates: Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with course updates released after enrollment.
